How shoud I do my make-up for turnabout/sadie hawkins dance?

I have blonde hair, light blue eyes, and my dress is a dark-ish blue that gradually fades into a lighter blue toward the end. I'd like to appear a bit older if possible. =]
 
lipstick makes people look older. However, if you do a bold lipstick you shouldnt have a lot of eyemakeup on. Since you are going to a dance i think you should do the smokey eye. Google it.

White eye liner(it'll make your eyes look bright and open)
Gold eye shadow does wonders for blue eyes
pink lip stain with a few coats of clear gloss
dark brown mascara (black is often harsh on the blue-eye, blonde hair completion)
 
wait.. are you a guy? cause isnt a sadie hawkins dance like gender switching?

but anyways,
eyes - black eyeliner, smoky colors like gray and black for eyeshadow and that should make you look older

lips - cover it with a soft pink pencil so it stays on and use a neutral pink for the gloss and put a clear shimmery gloss on top.
