If for example you bought items from shops online which send dispatch notes as receipts and kept the items in immaculate condition with all labels attached but because your original notes of dispatch ran outta date or something and you're desparate to have a refund, you create a fake receipt to convince the sales assistant to proceed with refund
Is this some case of fraud by false representation? How serious can it be because I searched online and it seems to be pretty serious if goods are stolen from shops and returned for money but this is slightly different as the custumer legally owns the items and has paid for them.
Anyone can suggest anything/ help please?

Can you still be in trouble if the sales assistant is convinced to refund you regardless of the fake despatch note provided you legally own the items and the shop gets them iN complete resealable condition when deciding to process refund?
I was wondering how serious can it be not what it constitutes in technical terms....
I do not understand, let's say you had no receipt and shop still gives you the refund because the item is brand new with tags and is worth whatever refund they're paying you back. The shop doesn't lose anything, goods are not taken illegally but purchased......
