How reliable are 1993-2000 jeeps?

I'm looking for my first car and I know Imports are more reliable but they are hard to find cheap, at least where I live.

I was considering either a Jeep Cherokee or Wrangler.

I'm asking because I won't have a ton of money to be fixing things.
Also I would want a V6
Im pretty sure there is a v6 version unless this website got it wrong
