How override a CD I downloaded from a Apple computer?

I burned a disc of several songs from my brother in-laws Apple computer. The problem I'm having now is that I can't play CD or download the songs onto HP computer. iTunes is for my brother in-laws permission to play the songs on my computer. Is there a way around this and be able to download the music.
