How or Where do people use the restroom when hiking in the middle of nowhere? ?

hahaha, yeah thats pretty much it, you take your poo stick (LOL, i go camping alot & thats what me & my friends call our trowel/lil shovel thing!) & if u do one, you make sure u dig a hole first, do ur thing, then cover it back up, & don't forget to take ur toilet paper & bury that with it too!! hehehe, funny question! :-)
