How open are male roommates in college?

I will go to college in a year and I was just wondering. How open physically are the roommates with each other? Is it common for roommates to strip and change in frount of each other or even like jerk off or something?
How common is this? I especially wanna know about this in UCSD, UCB, UCSC, or basically any UC. But I sure it same in any college.
 
Not usually.

I mean some guys are really open with that kinda stuff, and as long as you're the same, it may be like that.

But the majority of guys aren't quite that... ummm... liberated. Changing clothes in front of one another is normal and happens with almost all roommates, but when it comes to masturbation and sex, usually you can do that when the roommate is in class or with friends.

But yet again, it depends on the roommate.
 
From personal experience, my roommate usually striped to his boxer shorts when getting dressed and usually left the room for other means. For jerking off, I never saw my roommate do that, but you never know what your roommate might do when you're not there.
