How old do you have to be to work at Cheesecake factory?

I am 16 years old and I want to work at a decent or a nice restaurant.
Preferably Cheesecake, or BJs. But, I don't think I'm old enough?
Anyways, is there any other nice restaurants where I can work at with my age?
 
You might be able to be a hostess at some restaurants. You won't be able to sell alcohol to at least age 18. Some states might require you to be even older. However, your best bet is to call up the local restaurants and find out what age they hire at. However, if you want to be a server you will need to find a place that doesn't serve alcohol.
