Check you states department of transportation and see what the requirements are of motorized bicycle. You don't want to pedal a heavy battery operated bike unless you have to. You would be better off spending the money on a good bicycle that will last a lot longer. You will have to replace the batteries at some point and they get very expensive.

Im 13 years old.
The other day i was in a park that has like a long bike trail-ish thingy.. and I saw like a 4 year old girl riding a actuall moped. So I got obssesed with getting one haha
So i found one its a electric bike looks like a moped its 50cc goes 20mph and has petals.
So i was wondering, can I get one and drive it? Like, i can use the motor in places like the park and i guess the petals to drive to school.
Sorry if i sound stupid with this question idk i think it sound weird im just not good with these things.
