How old do you have to be to Pre-Order a Video Game at Gamestop?

Im 13 and I want to pre-order Super Mario Galaxy 2 and Transformers: War For Cybertron (One is E for Everyone and the other is T for Teen) by myself, without my parents or an adult. Also I want to know, if I can pre-order a game, how much money do I have to put down? I heard you have to put $5 down. Is it true?
