How old do you have to be to get an apprenticeship to become a body piercer?

I live in England.
I was wondering, how old do you have to be to get an apprenticeship to become a body piercer?
and can i go to a piercing shop for my work experience in year 10?

Bonus question,
can i just be a body piercer and not a tattoo artist?
Im no good at drawing.
