How old do you have to be to eat alone at Home Town Buffet?

Well I just wanted to know how old you have to be to eat alone at Home Town Buffet cuz me and my friend want to go there to eat ( by ourselves) and we are 13 so like do you have to be 15 or older cuz thats what my cousin told me but shes not sure so ya, can someone answer plz!!! asap!!
