How often should you have sex when trying for a baby?

Me and my husband have been trying for baby #2 for 4 months now. We have been having sex every other day and nothing is happening. It took one time for us to become pregnant with our first child. I have heard some people say everyday is best to have sex when trying for a baby but others say every other day or twice a week. Any info would be a great help
