How often should i touch up my hair (toned/white)?

I was wondering if anyone knows how often I should 1. Touch up or re-bleach areas of my hair.
2. Use a blue/purple shampoo or conditioner.

If anyone could help out with this that would be awesome :) thanks!
 
I honestly don't know anything about blue/purple shampoo or conditioner, but as for the retouching, you should definitely retouch whenever roots are showing mass amounts. Don't use too much bleach on your hair & definitely don't re-bleach parts of your hair that has already been bleached because it could damage the hair even further.
