healthy enough? and dont want to lose wight excpet maybe my belly, which is still small but i have a roll and some side fat...dont tell me im too skinny, i have been like this forever even after 2 kids, im 28. I have been going for 2 weeks and dont see much difference except maybe my legs are more strong, or so my husband says 
anyways, how often should i go, i use the leg curl, leg press and elliptical most and do sit ups and leg up at home, usually i go for an hour or 2...6 days a week.
