judge lessen fines and fees? and how often will eliminate all together if you are basically homeless , with food stamps living in vehicle?

why more people dont do this instead of staying on probation for 2-3 years for a 1 year probation period then?

So you are saying that by claiming poverty we should not punish you for your crimes?

If you can't pay the fine - don't do the crime.
