How often do you use the ASPIRIN MASK?

I've been using aspirin to keep my acne under control for a few months now and it's been working fabulously.

Previously, I used it as an exfoliating scrub. Or, I would apply the mask to my face, and once it was dry I would wash my face clean with Dove soap and apply lotion.

For the past few days, I've first washed my face with Dove and put on a little moisturizer. Once the lotion is absorbed, I apply the aspirin mask and let it dry up for about 10 minutes. Then I just brush off the loose aspirin particles, leaving behind the white dust. Then I apply my usual Tazorac and go to sleep.

I've noticed a huge positive difference. It reduces redness better than anything else, prevents breakouts, shrinks existing pimples, and controls oil.

MY QUESTION....is it bad to do this every night or every other night? (I usually use about 4 aspirin for my face.) I assume some is entering my body. How often do you think I can safely do this?

Well, I'm not certain of the answer to whether you should use it every day but....in terms of some entering your body: If you think about it, many doctors even recommend that you take one aspirin a day. I guess the only concern would be blood thinning. I wonder how much of the aspirin is actually even absorbed.

I guess if it's not irritating your face, then it's ok to use it every night. Unless you have some health problem, I don't think the slight amount of aspirin that might enter your blooRABtream is harmful.

I don't and afraid to use it everyday, only when needed. I guess if your skin condition is such you need to use it everyday, then go ahead. But once your skin is under control, I think it's better to cut it back to once or twice a week.
