How often do you put up new photos of your child(ren)?

Do you email them to family & friends instead of using a social networking website?

I added new photos today of my son and niece..photos I took with my new Rebel!
 
I don't have a myspace I deleted mine 2months ago, I email them to family about every 2 or 3 months because I don't take very many pictures
