how often do they usually drug test pharmacy technicians in a retail setting?

is it only one time when they hire you, or do they test periodically?
i'm not doing any illegal drugs, i've just been prescribed to adderall xr a few months ago [and techncially i shouldnt have any left], but i can't take them everyday & i only take them when i need to focus on something
