How often do people who run a deli purchase meat/cheese/chips/soda? I'm

looking at about 250 customers a day.? How often do you get a new supply of deli meat? When I determine how much to buy, for what period of time will I be doing this for. I know for salads and that sort of stuff I'll need to buy it more frequently because it can go bad but in general for purchasing deli meat how often do you get a new supply? Every two weeks? Every week?
