How often do baby bearded dragons need to eat crickets?

I don't want to keep them in my house in there own habitat lol so I will take frequent trips to pets mart and get him his crickets. how much will I need to go? He is very little btw and he is from petsmart. Also, how can I keep his humidity down? It stay at about 40 all the time /:
 
Depending on the heat light or basking lamp ( which a 40 watt is good for a 20 gal) the humidity should remain low. as far as the feeding crickets to him, I feed small crickets dusted in Reptical, about once or twice a week and only feed maybe 4-5 atb a time. The majority of his food should be from fresh veggies(no Spinach!) in very small sizes. try to use Kale or red and green leaf lettuce. No Iceberg b/c no nutritional content, just water. and fruit like small pieces of mango. if the beardie is really small, try stage one baby food
