...clear? i had mild acne and i started exercising every night (20ish minutes on an elliptical, just enough to make me sweat a little) and showered immediately afterwards. this was in an attempt to clear up my skin and it really seemed to work and i'm very happy with the results. my question is, do i have to keep going every night? every other night? what's the best way to continue?
 
it would be a great idea to keep going - not only for your skin but for your general health - but it depends what you have time for, and whether you can see any more benefits from it...if you're fit and healthy enough, then why not go and slob in bed:)
