how mutch would it cost to turn a road bike into a fixie?

hi i just bought this sweet road bike but i wana turn it in to a fixie with 1, 48 crank and 1, 16 crank and a coaster brake. i was just wonder how mutch it cost to get those three things cheap + what ever else i need to make the transfer
