How much would you sell a book and lithograph signed by nicola simbari?

My friend recently stumble upon a book and a small piece of work (a lithograph?) by Nicola Sambari... we are not much into artists so we don't know the true value of this artifact. people from museums would like to look at it to see if its authentic. If they ask to purchase these two things what would be a fair price?
