How much would you pay monthly for an intense group fitness gym?
It would be based on 10-12 identical fitness spots, each containing a set of exercise equipment, weights, rubber bands, medicina balls, machines and treadmills.
Everybody could come three times per week for a 40 minute class.
40 minute class exerciseswould look like this:
5 minute warm-up,
20 minute resistance training done according to instructions of a group trainer, workout changes always so there is no plateu and boredom.
Then 10 minute high intensity interval training on a treadmill= 30 seconds walk then 30 seconds of the highest speed you can take (sprint), then again 30seconds walk, 30 seconds of the highest speed you can take (sprint).
5 minute stretching
This routine would build overall strength and conditioning and would help you lose weight.
