how much would you pay for this car? '98 Subaru Impreza sport wagon...?

its got 113000 miles, the rack and pinion steering is going, and it needs front brakes. The interior has two small burn holes on the driver seat and the seam of the driver set is torn otherwise, OK. outside is fine aside from some small dings and scratches. tires are a month old. clutch two years old. frront axle three years old. routine maintanance with records.

I have it for sale, but have been getting the feeling, through reactions, that my price is sky high. I'm curious how you'd price it?
