How much would upgrading this bike cost?

i'm trying to upgrade my dad's $1'000 dollar prfessional bike, with the following items:

-a white "Selle Italia Srl X0 Gel" saddle
-a white Pro MicroFiber HandleBar Grip
-a Vetta RT255L (w/ Best Young Design) tachometer
-giving the bike a new pure white and "hot rod" red design...

How much do you think all these upgrades would cost me...?
less than $400...?

Grip tape and spedometer don't cost the world, nor does the saddle. You'll come in around $100 for the threee items.

Does that mean have the frame painted?
That will cost you. In addition, the bike has to be disassembled, then re-built.




The best upgrades in terms of performance are wheels, and drivetrain, and the most important factor is fit. To the rider's body. If the bike is not fit correctly, the rider will never perform to his potential.
