how much would it cost to have a new CV joint, replaced hand break cable, new break pipes and to have the breaks stripped and cleaned? im looking to buy a car and it needs these things done to it, the buyer said he will get them done, but doesnt know how much it will cost. i know the seller so he won't try and rip me off, but i just want to know if hes getting it done for a good cost. thanks
 
CV joint about 200.00
cable about 50. each and 70. labor per side
brake lines can be pricey because you have to cutom make them, if you had to do all of them about 300. - 400.00
i'm not sure what you mean about the brakes stripped.
