How much would these car repairs cost, roughly?

Someone broke into my car two nights ago. The insurance company is saying it's a total loss, but are going to give me $2100 if I decide to keep the car. Here are the damages:

Torn convertible top
Missing radio
Missing air vent and indoor outdoor air switch
Blood in interior of car
Seatbelts won't work
It's a 1997 Sebring convertible. I forgot to add that the dashboard was dislocated.
I'm just trying to figure out if it would be a cheaper way to go than buying a new car. (By new, I mean new to me.) I have to make the decision by tomorrow. I really don't want to part with it.

Take the money, any other action (like suing the insurance company for more) is not worth it because you're car is so old. It's really not worth that much anymore. In fact, what they're offering is more than what your car is worth.
