How much would it cost to replace a rack and pinion on a 2002 Chrysler Town Country?

Has anyone had their rack and pinion on a 2002 Chrysler Town Country replaced? I am trying to get an idea of what it will run.

Has anyone had it done at a national chain like Sears?
