How Much Would It Cost To Install A Head/engine in a B2200 Mazda Truck?

I'm not sure what year it is. but it sure the heck isn't super new..
My friend will sell it to me for 1300$ and her dad works for a parts store and already has the head, how much would it cost me to install it do you think? and how much is the head itself worth???

I really want it :p
