How much would it cost to import a Mazda RX-7 to Florida?

It is a factory condition, not messed with, $4,000 RX-7. I know there are no emissions in Florida so would I still have to go through everything to get it checked out? Can you please tell me the steps in order to get this car in Florida and registering it to drive LEGALLY?
