how much would it cost to fix up a 1972 pontiac lemans?

my dad might give me his 1972 pontiac lemans hes had it for years it has alot of rust on the hood also alittle on the back side the interior is in bad shape and it has a original 350 motor it runs but has propblems with the water pump . i was wondering ballpark how much it would cost to rebuild the 350 motor also how much for a decent paint job it doesnt have to be top notch paint job just something decent ? also how much would it cost for a decent upholstery job in the interior ? i know u cant tell without seeing it just wondering ballpark how much ... thanks for your answers
