how much would it cost to fix a driveshaft on a 2004 dodge ram 1500?

At first I thought it was the rear end that was making the squealing noise but with further investigation it was the drive shaft that was making the noise when accelerating. I called my local dodge dealer and set up an appointment to have them fix whatever the problem is but was wondering what could it be and how much to fix it
