How much would it cost to add a line to my sprint family plan?

I have a family sprint plan with 550 minutes. There are 2 lines on the account and both are basic phones with only minutes, no internet or messaging.
My brother wants the Evo 4g that requires internet. How much would it cost to add him onto my account?
