How much would it cost me to start a plan with koodo?

Hey there, for all you canadians out there, I have a question about koodo
I bought a blackberry (8530) that is CDMA and works only for koodo,

I want to get a plan with koodo and I have one that is picked out but,
I'm curious as to how much they will charge me to start up my plan.
eg. money for getting a phone number etc.
