How much would it cost if I exchanged my Palm Pre Plus in the 30 day return/exchange

policy and get the Droid? I am looking to exchange my Palm Pre Plus for a Droid within the 30 day return/exchange policy. All I want to know is how much would it cost in total to do this and would it be easy to do? I've tried looking around Verizon's website and calling them but I don't want to give them my SS #
