How much would it be to redo the front suspension on a jeep tj?

I just bought a 1997 jeep tj from a guy and when I brought it in to a mechanic shop to check it out, they said the whole front suspension was ruined from the oversized tires. (It currently has 35" tires on, and is lifted)

It needs its control arms, u joints & ball joints redone... Any idea how much this would end up costing? And would the fact that its raised change the price at all?
