How much would an Ad Manager of a small newspaper get paid?

I'm getting a job interveiw for Ad Manager of a small county newspaper, and I was wondering how much it would pay. Basically, I'll be designing advertisements, placing them, communicating to businesses about their ads, and making sure everything is turned in on time.

I'm 19, high-school grad, but it seems very hopeful. 5 day work week.
oh, and it's FULL TIME.
