How much would a Motorola Droid be with the upgrade from an EnV?

I've had the original for two years and maybe more and i want a Droid. I don't want to call or go to the store (im lazy :P) so someone please tell me :)
I heard its $200. Does that mean its $300 but with a rebate or what?
I tried searching but i got no luck >.< so please help!!!
