How much would a lawyer likely make if he got someone off on a murder charge? The lawyer is very good and high class. I'm writing a story and I just need to know. The accused is a 19 year old male. Any ideas? Please help. Thanks. If you only know a range, that's fine.

A good lawyer would charge about $350/hour. The total charge would depend on how complicated the case was and how much work it required. The fee would be the same whether the person was found guilty or not guilty
