how much would a ford ranger 3.0 to 5.0L swap cost?

i have a 2008 ford ranger sport 2x4 ext cab and im paying it off this winter i have about 45000 km on it since new and would like to add some power by swaping in a 5.0 what is the best engines from the mustang to use and auto trans? what do i need extra to do the swap and what is the price range? i want to do it myself in my garage thx
