How much would a 2001 Honda Oddysey that needs some repair (details in q) sell for?

My 2001 Honda Oddysey needs about $4000 worth of repair for a transmission and catalitic converter.

It is in perfect condition otherwise.

How much would I sell this car for? NOT including the repair. (obviously, I would tell the buyer about the repair charges)

Also where online would I post a car ad? THANKS. :)
 
lets put in this way with a messed transmission my car is only worth about 3500$ and its a 2001 audi ... i would say your lucky to get even that
