how much work to replace clutch in 1991 ford ranger?

My clutch has started to slip... when going up steep hills, RPMs will increase more than the vehicle is being propelled. If I ease off the accelerator it re-engages.

Any comments on how big of a job this is to get done at a shop (in hours or dollars) -- I'm assuming this is too big of a job to do at home without proper equipment.

This is a 4 cylinder model, 2wd model.
