How much will the T-Mobile G2 cost when it comes out?

I know its $200 (after $50 mail-in-rebate) with a 2 year activation plan, with date and whatnot,
but how much will it be for the phone itself? Im not looking to renew my contract.
And will it have the same exact battery as the G1?
