how much will the HTC EVO cost to buy flat out?

im tired of talking to the dumb sprint chat people who say i cant use my $75 off upgrade on it so ill just buy it flat out on june 4th, can someone help me out!?
 
Sprint Evo 4G will be $199 with a 2 year contract. It offically will be sold on June 4th.
