How much will it cost to paint my Civic?

Hey there! So I got a 2001 Honda Civic sedan, and it is this tannish gold color that I'm not to crazy about. How much would it cost to paint it a matte red, silver, or dark grey? I want a quality job, not cheap and not like super great but a good one. I would like to keep it under $1,000 though. Can i get it for that much?

I would suggest Maaco. They are very good at painting, for about 200 dollars they'll have your car looking like new, they have millions of color options to choose from, just like what they did to my moms Oldsmobile 88. We were satisfied with our new Beige color.
 
Call around to local body shops and ask for an estimate. Or you could ask around if anyone knows of anyone who does a good paint job on the side
