how much will it cost to fix anti lock brakes on a 1989 lincoln continental?

i have a 1989 lincoln continetal and the antilock brakes are on and it dont brake work at all how much will it cost me to fix this please give details
 
it really depends on what's wrong with them, it needs to be scanned and dio'ed to be able to give you an estimate
