how much will it cost to fix a cracked bumper on a 2005 terraza (buick)?

I hit my moms car into a pole :( and now the back bumper has two cracks and a bunch of scuffs. one crack is about 2 inches the other is about 4 the are both very thin. My question is how much will it cost to repair the bumber and get it painted. Also i live in buffalo and i was wondering if I wait till after winter to get it fixed will the crack get bigger because of the snow and ice? thanks in advance
 
fill the cracks with body putty. just shove it in the cracks and smooth it out, sand it down good , primer it off and use some touch-up paint. i fixed more then 1 that way.
