I'm 19 almost 20 I'm 5'5 and 170 pounds and I'm a guy
so I'm walking 4 miles a day and eating 1500 calories a day how much will I lose each week AND I need to lose 30-40 pounds how long will it take and anything else I could do along with the 4 miles?
