So im trying to lose as much weight as i can in 2 months,
at the moment my diet is usually
Breakfast:
eggwhite and spinach omlette
or berrys and greek yoghurt
lunch:
corn thins and dip,
carrots
celery watermelon
sometimes sushi.
afternoon snack:
Corn thins with cottage cheese.
Dinner:
Steamed chicken or grilled fish
with a big salad or steamed veges.
ive also been drinking 1 cup of green tea with honey each night
and drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar before dinner.
For excercise ive been walking home from college 40 mins.
running my dog 2 nights a week 30 mins.
and going to personal training once a week 45 mins.
ive been aiming to drink 2 litres of water a day and usually do.
